The PLAYSIDE Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use, access and/or purchase of content and services on the PLAYSIDE Gaming Rewards Platform (collectively, the ”PLAYSIDE Platform”), which includes https://playside.gg/ (the “Site”), mobile application (the “App”) and any intellectual property under the PLAYSIDE brand such as Games, Artwork and their related intellectual property rights (the “PLAYSIDE Materials”).
These Terms constitute an agreement between individuals, companies, or other legal entity on behalf of such individuals ("you" or "your") and TheFunPass Technologies Ltd. DBA PLAYSIDE (“PLAYSIDE”, “we”, “We”, “Us”, “us”, or “The Company”).
BY USING THE SITE AND/OR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE AND CONSENT TO THE PRACTICES AND POLICIES DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS, YOU ARE SUBMITTING YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY AND BE A PARTY TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THE SITE, APP OR ANY SERVICES THROUGH THE PLAYSIDE PLATFORM AND SITE.
PLAYSIDE may update these Terms at anytime, and from time to time at its sole discretion modify, supplement, replace, and/or impose new or additional rules, policies, or conditions on these Terms. Such updates and revisions (collectively, the “Updated Terms”) will be effective immediately upon the being published to the Site or by PLAYSIDE announcing them directly to users.
To register on the PLAYSIDE Platform, you must be at least 13 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
When you join the waitlist or newsletter, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
